Beginner Classes

Pole Intro - Start Here!

Your introduction to pole dancing! It’s time to meet the pole and fall in love! There will be a warm up on the floor to build strength, flexibility, and learn some sexy floor moves such as Rising Goddess and the Flirt. Then we will head to the poles for essential pole tricks such as Fireman, Back Hook, sitting and standing! Put it together with a mini routine to strut your new-found moves!

Our levels are progression-based. Attend a few Pole Intro classes to receive an instructor recommendation to level up.

Pole Beginner 101

Take your skills further while increasing your strength and flexibility. You will learn more challenging split grip spins, as well as basic inversions. Intensify your tricks from Pole Intro with combination spins and one arm spins. Shorts are a must have for this level.

Pole Beginner 101/102

This split level class offers students options for each move to both Beginner 101 and 102 level students. Push yourself to master moves from your level while being exposed to new moves from a higher level or having a chance to perfect the moves from your previous level. This class is perfect for students pushing themselves to progress their pole tricks. 

Pole Low Flow - All Levels

What makes your body move, and what makes your movement your own? This All Levels class is a mixture of pole and dance, guiding students to create their own style while keeping your body low to the floor. Providing transferable skills in body articulation and movement awareness, to develop individual expression, fluidity, mobility, technique and musicality, offering you a variety of dance and music styles. Prompted movement strings, as well as open freestyle offer the chance to creatively move in your journey.

Pole Beginner 102

This class features a more challenging warm up and tricks. Challenge yourself with new sits, climbs and inversions. Tricks include Hang Back, Inverted V, Scorpio, Gemini and more! 

Spin Pole Beginner

This Specialty Pole class is entirely on spinning pole and will challenge you by trying beginner moves from Pole Intro and Beginner levels on a spinning pole, plus a few new tricks that are specific to spinning pole such as Vomitron.

Pole After Dark - All Levels

This All Levels heels class gives you an amazing workout and brings out your confident sexy side! Learn to move with fluidity, sensuality, and assertiveness, exaggerating your body movement while building a routine incorporating spins and tricks.
Please wear leg warmers/thigh highs/knee pads as needed. Heels are encouraged!

Intermediate Classes

Pole Intermediate 201

This tricks class features an even more challenging warm up and tricks. Tricks include combination spins with Spiral, Caterpillar, Butterfly, Flatline, Starfish, Teddy, Martini, Handstands, Stargazer, Helicopter, Hood Ornament and more!

Pole Intermediate 201/202

This split level class offers students options for each move to both Intermediate 201 and 202 level students. Push yourself to master moves from your level while being exposed to new moves from a higher level or having a chance to perfect the moves from your previous level. This class is perfect for students pushing themselves to progress their pole tricks.

Polestands and Flips - Int+
This class focuses on the gymnastic element of pole, designed to help you learn foundation moves from the gymnastic world. Moves include progressions for: forearm stands, somersaults, handstands, cartwheels and bridges. These movement build to handsprings, walkovers and flips!
 

This class is for levels INTERMEDIATE or higher as you must be comfortable with inversions. Not comfortable yet upside down? Also try our Acrobatics class!

Pole Low Flow - All Levels

What makes your body move, and what makes your movement your own? This All Levels class is a mixture of pole and dance, guiding students to create their own style while keeping your body low to the floor. Providing transferable skills in body articulation and movement awareness, to develop individual expression, fluidity, mobility, technique and musicality, offering you a variety of dance and music styles. Prompted movement strings, as well as open freestyle offer the chance to creatively move in your journey.

Pole Intermediate 202

This tricks class is going to test your strength and your pain tolerance with tricks such as Superman, Shoulder Mount, Air Invert, Yogini, Knee Hold, Bow and Arrow, Pencil, Crescent, Cupid, Jade, Climbing Caterpillar, and many combinations using Scorpio, Gemini, Flatline, and Butterfly.

Spin Pole Intermediate

This Specialty Pole class is entirely on spinning pole and will challenge you by trying all your tricks from Pole Intermediate on a spinning pole plus a few new tricks that are specific to spinning pole such as Vortex, and Upside down Vomitron.

Advanced Classes

Pole Pre-Advanced Tricks

You must have a solid Superman, Shoulder Mount, and Climbing Caterpillar for this class, as there are many Superman combinations, and Shoulder Mount variations, including Reverse Shoulder Mount. You will also learn handsprings, elbow grips – Ayesha and Straight Edge. Other moves include Allegra, Brass Monkey, Birdsnest, Dangerous, Sad Girl Drop, Secretary and many more!

Pole Pre-Adv./Advanced

This split level class offers students options for each move to both Pre-Advanced and Advanced level students. Push yourself to master moves from your level while being exposed to new moves from a higher level or having a chance to perfect the moves from your previous level. This class is perfect for students pushing themselves to progress their pole tricks.

Polestands and Flips - Int+

Pole Advanced Tricks

You must have Handspring, Ayesha, Brass Monkey, Jade, Cupid, and Allegra for this class. This class will have you working on Iron X, Aerial Handsprings, and Phoenix as well as, Pegasus Split, Titanic, Chopsticks, Janerio, Russian Split, Dragons Tail, Marion Amber, Flying K, Fonji and many more tricks. Advanced level classes have a focus on difficult combinations, grip switches and drops!

Pole Performance

This Specialty Pole class is for levels Intermediate or higher. A different full length (~3 minute) routine will be featured each 1-2 months. Routines will vary in styles such as: rock, pop, slow and alternative and utilize spinning and static poles. Practice different ways to put together the tricks you have been developing and experiment in styles to inspire you! Combinations will provide progressions for Intermediate, Pre-Advanced and Advanced levels.

Pole After Dark - Int/Adv

Come get an amazing workout and master your confident sexy side! Emphasis on musicality, as well as more advanced kips, flops and heel work. Focusing on technique on the floor and pole while building routines.

After Dark Freestyle

Emphasizing the freestyle component of heels and flow classes, this class leaves behind tricks and choreography to let you move on your own. Students are prompted to bring a song of choice to each class to add to the mix. The first half of the class focuses on individual freestyle with songs drawn by lottery, while the second half of the class redraws to prompt the performance aspect of your freestyle. It is recommended that students take this class as a complement to After Dark and Fuckery classes where tricks and choreography are taught. Please wear leg warmers/thigh highs/knee pads as needed. Heels are encouraged!

Chair Dance

Bring out your inner seductress as you learn work the room from your chair with a swing of your hips. This class includes transitions to and from the floor, and lots of chair-specific tricks with routines to let your confidence shine! Heels are optional but knee pads/leg warmers are encouraged!

Aerial Classes

Hoop - Beg/Int

This Beginner-Intermediate class is designed to help you learn the foundations of working with aerial hoop/lyra. No experience necessary! Classes will focus on single positions and other skills to build confidence, strength, and flexibility.

Hoop - Int

This Intermediate class is designed to help you expand your knowledge of aerial hoop/lyra. Classes will focus on more difficult positions and other skills to build confidence, strength, and flexibility. Classes feature a monthly combination to learn transitions and sequence moves together.
Students should be comfortable with movements from the Beg-Int. class, be working their aerial invert and have an instructor recommendation to advance.

Hoop - Int/Adv
This Intermediate-Advanced class is designed to help you master working with aerial hoop/lyra. Classes will focus on drops, rotations, higher flexibility tricks and other skills and continues building your repertoire as the instructor introduces new moves. Classes feature a monthly combination to develop transitions and sequence moves together. Students should be comfortable with movements from the Intermediate class and have an instructor recommendation to advance.
Silks - Beg/Int

This Beginner-Intermediate class is designed to help you learn the foundations of working with aerial fabric. No experience necessary! Classes will focus on climbs, locks, wraps, static positions and other skills to build confidence, strength, and flexibility. Cool down will include aspects of aerial yoga utilizing the silks.

Silks - Int/Adv

This Intermediate-Advanced class is designed to help you master working with aerial fabric/silks. Classes will focus on combinations, drops, rotations, higher flexibility tricks and other skills and continues building your repertoire as the instructor introduces new moves.
Students should be comfortable with movements from the Beginner-Intermediate class and have an instructor recommendation to advance.

Hammock - All Levels

This all levels class is designed to help you learn skill progressions working with aerial hammock. Classes will focus on tricks and sequences in both open and closed fabric. This is a workout – not aerial yoga(!) – building strength, and flexibility. No experience necessary!

Fitness Classes

Be Bendy - All Levels

Our stretch class is focused on flexibility and mobility for aerialists.  Classes begin with a warm-up then progress through focused active flexibility paired with dynamic and static stretches designed to increase your range of movement and elongate muscles in your entire body. Using the floor, wall, pole, and a partner for some stretches to get a deeper stretch. A portion of the class is dedicated to improving splits, as well as back and shoulders for those back bending pole moves!

Boot Camp - All Levels

This class focuses on getting you stronger to master your pole moves! Designed to give you a full body butt kick through circuits using your body weight, the pole, a partner and more! Trying to improve or master a specific move? From Inverted V to Iron-X and so much more, try our pole trick circuits to help you build specific muscle groups for targeted moves

Acrobatics - All Levels

Designed by a certified Acrobatic Arts instructor, this class will take you off the pole to develop acrobatic tricks on the floor. An essential class for student aiming to build strong inverted positions on – and off – an apparatus. The program is based on safe and effective progressions in: Flexibility, Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling. This class focuses on individual skills with the exciting bonus of partnered skills as you may also see in Acro Yoga. Progressions for every level take a beginner from somersaults and basic inversions to the advanced tumbling!

Be Bendy - All Levels

Our stretch class uses traditional dancer stretching designed to help you increase your flexibility and range of movement. Classes begin with a warm-up then progress through a series of static and dynamic stretches designed to increase your range of movement and elongate muscles in your entire body. Using the floor, wall, pole, and a partner for some stretches to get a deeper stretch. A portion of the class is dedicated to improving splits, as well as back and shoulders for those back bending pole moves!

Boot Camp - All Levels

This class focuses on individual development with the exciting bonus of partnered skills as you may also see in Acro Yoga. Simple thoughtful progressions take a beginner from somersaults and basic inversions to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage!
