Seating will be on mats in our aerial studio with limited chair seating available.
This showcase is a competitor and performer spotlight, offering artists the opportunity to perform their aerial work in a live setting. Whether you are preparing to compete or simply want to share a routine you love, this event is designed to support performance readiness, stage presence, and community connection.
There is no theme for this showcase. Performers are encouraged to present work that reflects their personal style, apparatus, and goals.
Due to capacity restrictions, registration is per performer, not per routine. Each member of a duo, trio, or group must register individually.
Performer Notes

Participants are committing to performing live at 3Sixty’s Showcase on Friday, February 20, at 6:00 pm, at 3Sixty’s Woodward location.

Performers should select their own music and prepare a complete routine and costume of their choice.

Music, bio, and tech notes must be submitted by the posted deadlines.

Registered performers will have access to a weekly in-studio rehearsal time in the weeks leading up to the showcase, with an instructor present for feedback. Attendance is optional but strongly recommended.

Open rehearsal will take place on the day of the show from 4:00–5:30 pm, prior to doors opening.

Media packages are available for an additional fee per routine. Costs may be split among troupe members if applicable.

JOIN A MIXED AERIALS TROUPE
Curious about learning a little bit of everything? Whether you’re brand new or just starting to find your groove, this beginner-friendly troupe is the perfect way to explore multiple apparatuses and share your favorite tricks on stage!
We’ll work together to create a mixed apparatus performance piece that celebrates variety and shows off that you really can do it all. Options for progressions and regressions will be offered to fit everyone who signs up.

Series Includes:
- Your troupe leader will select music, prepare a routine and suggest a costume to reflect the chosen theme.
- Registered performers have access to an additional weekly in-studio rehearsal time in the weeks prior to Showcase, with an instructor present for comments. Attendance is optional!
- Dress rehearsal occurs the night of the show, 4:00-5:30 pm, prior to doors opening.
- Media packages are an additional fee PER ROUTINE, such that costs may be split between interested troupe members.
**Participants are committing to attending weekly rehearsals at the scheduled time and learning the choreographed routine.
