Tina
I have over 30 years experience in pole fitness, aerial hoop, aerial silks, gymnastics, and a variety of types of dance. I’m passionate about sharing a welcoming, safe, space where new students get to explore and experience just what their bodies can achieve as they learn to trust themselves.
I’m a “pole-mom” at heart, I love to nurture others growth into the strong, brilliant person they want to be. 3Sixty classes were the amazing way to reconnect with myself after my pregnancies – as a mom of 4 little ones, I’m in better shape now than I was before having kids! When I discovered pole dancing, the idea of a strong, sexy, and acrobatic dance class got me hooked in the first five minutes!
I hold certifications through Acrobatic Arts, Spin City, and X-Pert, specializing in teaching youth through adults. I maintain certifications and actively volunteer with numerous Pole & Aerial organizations including: CPFA, IPSF/CPSF, CPSAF and PSO. In 2021 I took over as owner and director of the national Canadian Pole and Aerial Championship competition series. As a long-time instructor, choreographer, coach, judge, and owner at 3Sixty, I look forward to seeing you in my classes and getting you as excited about pole & aerial as I am!

Jenny
I discovered pole in 2008 and have been teaching for over 7 years, specializing in all levels of pole and flexibility. I am a former ballerina and competitive synchronized swimmer, which led to my devotion to technique and my drive as a coach and instructor. I love that pole keeps me challenged, and I’d love to help you challenge yourself.
I have over 12 years experience in pole fitness, with over 10 years competing at the national level in sport, art and doubles events. In 2019, I competed at the POSA World Championship in Finland. In addition to my competitive experience, I am constantly updating my knowledge as I want to be the best instructor and coach that I can. I have certifications with Ecole Nationale de Cirque, as a Platinum Level Coach with CPSAF, and at the highest level (Level 5) with Alixia Flexibility.
While I have grown up in the Ottawa valley, my life’s motto is “Follow your feet” – I love to travel & train all over the world (including Australia, Prague and Austria!). I am an outdoorsy person and I love hiking, camping, and canoeing, often with my dog.

Gillian
The first time I saw a professional pole dancer I was in awe! I decided to start Pole Fitness at 3Sixty in 2015. I was hooked! I’ve always loved performing growing up but had stuck to theatre because I have two left feet. Luckily, pole allows me to perform to music without my feet on the ground!
3Sixty quickly became my second home and it has made me a stronger, and more confident person. I have never been a fan of exercising, but pole doesn’t feel like work – it’s too much fun! I want to show you that pole is a sport for everyone. You can find your own style (mine is comedy), and you can train at your own pace.
Starting a new activity can be intimidating, but the community and support at 3Sixty will quickly remove any hesitations that you may have. I hope to see you in class so that we can get fit, share a few laughs, and have fun together!
Gehana
I decided to take the plunge and took my first pole class in 2015. Pole and aerials combine strength, grace, and flow in the very best ways. I teach that everyone can bring their own style and personality to each and every movement. I love guiding newcomers to take their first steps, swings, and spins in my classes!
In 2018, I took the Canadian Pole Fitness Association (CPFA) Beginner Aerial Hoop Instructor certification course and obtained my full certification. I also regularly teach partnered acro yoga. I have always been active, between rock climbing, ballet, west coast swing, hiking, and flipping upside down in acro yoga.
I hope to see you in class so I can be on your cheering squad, in the most supportive and loving 3Sixty community. Everyone here cheers for your successes and supports you through all the hard work that goes into those successful moments. Let’s help you feel like a kid climbing a tree again!

Kelsey
I have a passion for teaching on top of my love for dance! I fell in love with pole and aerial hoop in 2017, and my favourite classes bring dance and sport together. You’ll see my love for dance and movement incorporated throughout my classes at 3Sixty.
Dance and gymnastics have been part of my life, from childhood through to studying dance at York University in Toronto, then working full time as a gymnastics coach and dance teacher. I have had the opportunity to learn many styles of dance including Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, and various Ballroom styles.
I obtained my Level 1 gymnastics coaching certification and Canadian Pole Fitness Association (CPFA) Beginner Aerial Hoop Instructor certification course. I love helping students achieve their goals and celebrate their progress along the way. Welcome to 3Sixty!

Denise
I took my first pole class in 2014 and was immediately devoted to the sport. I admired the strength and confidence that came with pole dancing and discovered a great appreciation for my body and mind. I have been teaching since 2016 and love to share my passion for pole and aerials.
From a young age I was fascinated by dance and gymnastics. I focused on contemporary and lyrical dance growing up and enjoyed every moment, from practice to performance. I regularly practiced yoga to fulfill my appetite for movement and found myself drawn to inversions for the physical challenge. Shortly after, I began practicing aerial hoop and silks as cross-training to further develop my strength and flexibility.
I hope to provide you with a fun and supportive environment, and celebrate every success with you along this journey. It brings me joy to see students progress and reach their fitness goals. See you in class!

I have 3 years experience in pole and aerial hoop, in addition to 7 years teaching experience as a personal trainer and Middle Eastern & Bollywood dance instructor. I look forward to sharing my passion with all students, exploring movement and expression through dance. My training and background instilled a dedication to creating a psychologically and physically safe and inclusive space for all the learners of diverse background that I work with, including Indigenous, First Generation, visible minorities, learners with disabilities, as well as other marginalized group of learners and vulnerable population.
I have always been fascinated by movement and body expression, and in particular body expression through dance, and just how many different ways and styles exist to tell a story. This drew me to learn Middle Eastern and South Asian dances such as dancing with veil, belly dancing, Garba, and Kathak. It’s why I dedicated years studying strength training, adaptive body works, and internal and external loading on the body, and worked as a personal trainer to help people in correcting, strengthening, and improving the way they move.
Pole is a different form of movement, where it requires strength, flexibility, and it allows for self expression through many different ways and styles of dance. The best part? The possibilities are endless! You would be surprised just how much stronger you are than you think, and I look forward to being a part of discovering that with you! Welcome to 3Sixty!
P.S. I also speak French and Farsi!

Morgan
I have been training in pole and hoop since 2015. Pole and hoop are my absolute favourite ways to workout. I find aerials to be a perfect blend of exercise, problem solving, and creativity, as well as a great place to make new friends.
I grew up in Ottawa as an awkward, uncoordinated kid. I played a lot of video games and joined concert band, but never had much of a physical outlet. I realized I should probably do some form of exercise! I tried going to the gym but found it incredibly boring and I could never stay committed. I took a chance on pole classes at 3Sixty and have never looked back. It was an absolute game changer! I can personally attest to the fact that you don’t need a background in sports, dance, or gymnastics to enjoy pole! I may not have grown up taking formal dance training, but I love putting together cheesy and fun performance routines.
When I’m not hanging upside down at 3Sixty, I work as a project manager in a virus manufacturing laboratory. I love science, live music, arts and crafts, dogs, video games, and Dungeons and Dragons.
I hope you’ll join me in class! I promise you’ll have the best time. – @morgansorgan

Jessica
I have 4 years experience in pole and aerials, and work in the community as an Occupational and Physical Therapist Assistant (OTA/PTA)! Join me in class, and we’ll have a bunch of fun and get a great workout at the same time! I am not a naturally flexible person – I want to show you how we can build skills with progressions for EVERY body. You’ll build strength and flexibility in each class.
I first attended an aerial silks class with a friend, and I had so much fun, I knew I had to continue exploring aerials. I then tried pole and fell in love! I have been training ever since, exploring my passions for pole and silks and continuing to grow in hoop. I’ve never been a very active person, but aerials are so addicting that I couldn’t help myself from coming back for more!
After completing the mentorship program offered by the studio, I became a part of the 3Sixty team. The people at 3Sixty are so welcoming that you will feel like you’ve been a part of the community for years after your first class. Welcome to the aerial community!
P.S. I also speak French!

Kea
Kea started pole dancing in 2017, which wasn’t a surprise since she’s always liked climbing things – when she was a kid she’d be found constantly climbing trees, bridges and even some buildings. Kea was a competitive gymnast as a teenager and found pole and aerials to fill the void she felt after leaving gymnastics. Throughout her life Kea has dabbled in different styes of dance, from hip hop, ballroom and swing to recreational ballet. She loves how pole and aerials can incorporate any style and be whatever you want it to be. Her style can be described as unconventional, but she just wants to have fun and tell a story.
Kea started teaching in 2022 at 3Sixty and is one of our all-purpose substitute instructors. She quickly took on whatever was asked and has covered almost all of the classes on the curriculum. Kea is also one of our youth and teen instructors and can be found teaching hoop and pole to kids – which she finds super fun, silly and rewarding in the best of ways.
Kea’s teaching style can be described as a bit intense, and classes are often quite a workout, but she strongly advocates for it being “your class” and is happy to modify and encourage you to move in ways that feel authentic and good for your body. Regardless of the class, Kea approaches each one with enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to each student as an individual.
You can also find Kea making pole and aerial outfits for everyone in and around the studio – she loves focusing on making pole and clothing accessible and inclusive and wants everyone to feel great about their own successes during class.
Emma
Growing up a dancer, I have always loved expressing myself through movement. With over 14 years of experience in styles such as contemporary, lyrical, ballet, and jazz, I have cultivated a deep appreciation for the athleticism and artistry inherent in dance. This drew me to aerials where I found the same qualities, but in the air.
I specialize in silks and am particularly fond of dynamic movements, such as beats. Something about being up in the air brings me a profound sense of happiness and freedom. This naturally led me to branching out into other apparatuses and exploring the ways that different apparatuses build off each other, but also have their own intricacies.
I love spreading the joy that aerials have brought me and can’t wait to see you in class!
Kristen
I started aerials in 2020, I attended my first class at 3Sixty Dance & Fitness and was immediately hooked! Aerials combined everything I’d been looking for strength training with flow and dance while allowing for expression and story telling!
I’ve trained on silks, pole, hammock, static trapeze, sphere and aerial chains but aerial hoop is my favourite! I have a love for choreographing routines and sequences and can’t wait to share them with you!
I’ve competed at the Canadian Pole and Aerial Championship in 2023 and 2024, placing at nationals both years. I also completed the 3Sixty Mentorship Program in 2024 and you may have seen me working as an admin before joining the 3Sixty instructor team! I can’t wait to see you in class and be apart of your aerial journey!
Kayla
Having taken my first aerial hoop class as an adult, I know how intimidating it can be to pick up a new hobby – especially one that’s in the air! I take a welcoming and pressure-free approach to my classes so anyone can feel free to try and enjoy aerial hoop. So whether you’re a complete beginner or looking for a fresh way to stay active, you’ll find an inclusive and supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace. Come have some fun with me in aerial hoop!
Matthew
I started my circus journey in early 2022 when I took my first aerial silks class. I immediately felt welcomed by the community and challenged by the physically demanding environment. After training silks for a few months I started to try out other apparatus and fell in love with lyra, aerial straps, and pole. I have always had a passion for teaching and love to see people learn no matter the environment or content.
In the past I have taught outdoor survival skills as a scout leader, swimming as a swim instructor, and I am currently completing a teacher education program to teach math and chemistry. I am a strong advocate for inclusive and accessible learning environments wherever I go, I want to see all of my students succeed!
I hope to help students incorporate their own personality and creativity into routines or sequences that they are developing. I love to perform high energy comedic routines and also perform part time with a comedy-based burlesque troupe. I think the best routines are the ones that showcase what the performer loves! I’m excited to help you develop your strength and confidence in my classes, together we will help you achieve all your circus dreams!
Sereia
I took my first pole class in the fall of 2022 at the insistence of a friend and from that moment I was hooked. Given my background in gymnastics, cheerleading and acro, as well as my love for dancing, she knew I would fall in love with pole. I had no idea how healing it would be for my post-concussion syndrome, arthritis and spinal cord injuries. Though my journey with pole hasn’t been linear, my love and passion for it has become a core part of my identity. Through pole I have reconnected with parts of myself that had been concealed and I found my way back into my body, found my voice, a way to express myself, channel my creative energy and honour my teenage dreams of being on the stage.
Knowing firsthand how devastating an injury can be and how important feeling safe and welcomed are, safety and inclusivity are core tenets to my approach. I have a lot of diverse experience with teaching, from coaching gymnastics, to running theatre camps, to working in the special needs sector of The Ottawa Carleton District School Board. Teaching is something I have always been very passionate about and I do everything I can to make sure my students feel seen and supported to achieve their goals!
I am a deeply passionate, neurospicy, cat-loving heels enthusiast with a degree in anthropology and a strong background in advocacy. I love supporting people, cheering them on and creating community! I can’t wait to welcome you to my class and dance with you!

Julia
I began my pole dance journey in 2020 with no prior dance experience. Coming from a background of rugby, wrestling (briefly), and long-distance running, I was used to pushing my physical limits, but pole opened up a new world for me. After taking my first class at the height of the pandemic, I fell in love with the sport and quickly committed to my training. A year later, I began taking my pole journey seriously—and I’ve never looked back. Since then, I’ve had the honor of performing in numerous showcases, competing once, and showcasing my work with the Iron Cabaret and Cabaret Nova at various events.
Over the years, I’ve developed a dance style which blends sensuality with strength, channeling powerful female energy into my performances. As an instructor, I strive to empower all my students to embrace their individuality, regardless of their background or experience level. My teaching approach is inclusive, focusing on creating a supportive environment where everyone can unlock their inner strength through movement, confidence, and self-expression.

Emily
As a kid, I loved acrobatics and gymnastics, and pole has let me reconnect with that in a whole new way. I love pushing my body’s limits, discovering new movements, and finding creativity through pole. But the best part? Getting to share that passion with others!
In my classes, I want to help you build confidence, challenge yourself, and find what makes pole exciting for you. Whether you’re here for fun, fitness, or self-expression, I’m happy to work with you and support your journey. Let’s train, explore, and grow together!

Alaina
I joined 3Sixty in 2022 when I was looking for a fun way to rebuild muscle after barely leaving my house during the covid pandemic. I convinced a group of friends to try an intro class, and from the very first spin, I was hooked on the world of pole and aerials. Growing up, I danced competitively and found pole to be the perfect adult hobby for me – something entirely new and exciting that utilized my body awareness and coordination from my dancer days.
Movement has always been a huge part of my life. I started teaching dance back in high school, I choreographed for the Carleton Engineering Musical during university, and more recently, I danced with the Bloom heels team prior to starting my instructor training with 3Sixty.
I love helping students unlock new moves. Whether it’s breaking down tricky skills, creating fun combinations, or just celebrating those “aha” moments, I’m excited to support you on your pole journey. Can’t wait to see you in class!

Anthe
As a child, I was a competitive dancer who specialized in acro. As with many dancers, my competitive dance career ended when I graduated high school. While doing my undergraduate degree I really missed movement and decided to give aerials a try. I took my first aerials class in spring 2022 and absolutely loved it from the start. I gravitated towards silks in particular – I love the challenge and the beauty of the apparatus. I am also fascinated by fabric theory and the endless combinations of wraps, locks, and movements in silks.
Outside of the studio, I am a masters student at the University of Ottawa working in stem cell medicine. I have a strong background in biology and I love to combine this experience with aerials in different ways, from mechanics of movement to injury prevention.
The part I love most about aerials is the community. As a neurodivergent, queer, trans nonbinary person, inclusivity in sport is incredibly important to me, and this need has been met wholeheartedly by 3Sixty. No matter your athletic ability, size, gender, sexuality, race, religion, you will always be welcome here. I feel so much joy from training in aerials, both from the movement and the 3Sixty community, and I am so excited to share this joy with you. I can’t wait to have you join us in class!

Emma
Gravitating towards artistic sports as a child, I frequently jumped between figure skating, gymnastics, and ballet classes. I always felt discouraged that I lacked the flexibility, coordination, and on-stage confidence of my peers. It was not until I fell in love with aerials in 2023 that I realized these skills can be developed through the right instruction, practice, and encouragement!
The hoop’s extra weight for added momentum in fast spins makes it my favourite apparatus. While my preference is to weave myself around a curved steel bar, I have also trained on hammock, trapeze, silks, and straps. I have had the opportunity to incorporate my love of music into my training through choreographing routines, and participating in studio showcases. Overcoming a long history of stage freight, I immensely enjoyed performing at the Canadian Pole and Aerial Championship regionals in 2025, placing second in the Hoop 1 division.
With over 5 years of experience teaching children piano, I look forward to transferring that skill set to my newfound passion. My goal as an instructor is to foster a love for aerials and movement in my students, and to provide an encouraging environment for them to discover and work towards their goals. 3Sixty has helped me grow as an athlete and an artist, and I am excited to join the instructor team!
