Specialty Classes

Spin Pole - Beg+

This is a spinning pole class and will challenge you by trying beginner moves from Pole Intro and Beginner levels on a spinning pole, plus a few new tricks that are specific to spinning pole such as Vomitron.

Spin Pole - Int+

This is a spinning pole class and will challenge you by trying all your tricks from Pole Intermediate level on a spinning pole plus a few new tricks that are specific to spinning pole such as Vortex, and Upside down Vomitron.

Pole Exotic - Beg/Int

Come get an amazing workout and discover your confident sexy side! Learn to move with fluidity, ease, and assertiveness, exaggerating each and every movement that your body makes. Focusing on transitions and floor work while building routines. Variations on spins and simple tricks will help you personalize your dance routine. Please wear leg warmers/thigh highs/knee pads as needed. Heels are encouraged!

Pole Exotic - Int/Adv

Come get an amazing workout and master your confident sexy side! Moving with fluidity, ease, and assertiveness, exaggerating each and every movement that your body makes. Focusing on transitions and floor work while building routines. Students should be comfortable with movements taught in Exotic - Beg/Int and be prepared for more complex strength and flexibility floor work and pole tricks. Please wear leg warmers/thigh highs/knee pads as needed. Heels are encouraged!

Gymnasti-Pole - Int.+

This class focuses on the gymnastic element of pole, designed to help you learn foundation moves from the gymnastic world. Moves include progressions for: chest stands, elbow stands, somersaults, handstands, cartwheels and bridges. Using variations on the wall, floor and pole these basic moves build to handsprings, walkovers and flips! This class is for levels INTERMEDIATE or higher as you must be comfortable with inversions. Pole Performance

Practice different ways to put together the tricks you have been developing and experiment in styles to inspire you! A different full length (3 to 5 minute) routine will be featured every two months. Routines will vary in styles such as: rock, pop, slow and alternative and utilize spinning and static poles. This class is for levels Intermediate or higher as you must be comfortable trying more complex combinations and transitions. Combinations will provide variations for Intermediate, Pre-Advanced and Advanced levels.

Pole Flow - Beg. +

What makes your body move, and what makes your movement your own? This ALL LEVELS class is a mixture of pole and dance, guiding students to create their own style. Providing transferable skills in body articulation and movement awareness, to develop individual expression, fluidity, mobility, technique and musicality, offering you a variety of dance and music styles. Prompted movement strings, as well as open freestyle offer the chance to creatively move in your journey.

Mommy & Me

Are you home with your little one(s) all day? Do you want to exercise but can't quite find time for yourself? You'll love our Mommy and Me class! This weekly drop-in is everything you need - equal parts conditioning for postpartum bodies, pole instruction and social hour. This time is yours, whether exercising, socializing, nursing/feeding, playing or napping.
